Playwell martial arts polypropylene training hammer as a throwing object
I have decided to add the above item as a throwing object to the Frisee that much athletic club. This training hammer is pretty hefty. It weighs 1020 grams or 2.24 plus pound and is 21.2 inches in length. I don't use a run up for this throw. I am right handed. I use my left hand as a sort of focusing tool and I cock the hammer up in preparation for the throw. I then throw the hammer without a wind up or a telegraphing motion.
