Frisee That Much : Athletic club

  I have created a Google sites website for Frisee That Much. I have added a number 1 to the .com domain name that I had chosen for the new site. I did this as I already own friseethatmuch.com - Stating the obvious, I am using this domain name for the blog here. Even though I have added the number 1 to my new website, I will still focus on the site as Frisee That Much. I am working on turning Frisee That Much into an actual sport.    Bat a bing is not an easy physical exercise activity to master. It takes timing and hand and eye coordination skills. However, it's well worth adding this practise to your physical training toolkit. I hope that this physical activity exercise catches on around the globe. It can do thanks to Youtube, Google blogger, Facebook and Instagram, Twitter etc.

  I had gone to my local park earlier today to get some Bat a bing hits done. It's all part of my Frisee That Much training. I had approached a guy that was at the park. He was doing some calisthenics on a few of the workout equipment pieces that are available at the park. The guy's name is Shaq. Shaq looked to be in great shape. I asked Shaq if he would like to try Bat a bing. He kindly agreed. Shaq did a few hits. He was good at this exercise. Shaq agreed that this exercise takes hand and eye coordination. I did a few demo hits for Bat a bing. I liked doing this. As mentioned in previous posts, I felt like I was doing a product demo of sorts. I had also met a lovely Romanian girl called Andre at the park. Andre had agreed to be in a video.
