Throwing the rubber athletic throwing stick on April 7th 2024.

Image
I have started using a rubber athletic throwing stick as part of my Frisee that much training regimen. The stick is around 12 inches in length and it weighs 300 grams. It's fun to throw and it develops throwing power too. Here's a quick video which shows one of my relatives throwing the athletic stick in mention. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kTSmrjaWxbU If you're interested in purchasing the athletic rubber throwing stick, here's a link to the website which sells the product. https://www.kuebler-sport.com/throwing-stick-l2915.html

Polypropylene throwing truncheon for FTM training.

Image
I have come up with yet another creative training aid for FTM throwing : Polypropylene throwing truncheon. I tried the item out at a local park the other day. It works well for this new purpose. The truncheon rotates during flight. It's best to throw it overhand and to throw it horizontally or sideways. Unfortunately, I lost my truncheon. I think someone walked off with it. It was my mistake for not being mindful of where the truncheon had landed. I bought the truncheon from Playwell martial arts, UK. They have great products at good prices. I will buy another one in a few months time. I can then add a video to show how it works as a throwing training aid. Here is a Youtube video which shows a man throwing an African throwing stick. He does an overhand throw. The stick rotates during flight. This is how my polypropylene truncheon rotates during flight too. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3K4us0D8OJk Here is a PDF I had written up on Polypropylene throwing truncheon. https://drive.

Lead beating throwing stick for FTM training and competition.

Image
I have come up with a new throwing object training aid and competition sporting item : Lead beating throwing stick. You can see a pic of the item, above. The item is made out of sturdy plastic. It's reasonably heavy too. It's not flimsy, put it that way.  I tested the Lead beating throwing stick at a local park earlier today. It works well. This throwing stick can be used as both a training aid as mentioned above, and it can be used in FTM competitions too. I wasn't able to get a video done today, unfortunately. Once I am able to do so, I will place the video into the blog/site. Here a link to a PDF I had written up on Lead beating throwing stick. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hti_y8o-O4Ddm9_rRUFebbVWqxYPWISY/view?ts=6577341a

Bat a bing tests with an athlete called Shak.

Image
Here's a video I had shot in the summer of 2022. I undertook a Frisee that much session at a local park. I met a cool athlete named Shak at the aforementioned park. I was doing my Bat a bing exercise at the time. I asked Shak if he would like to try Bat a bing. The above bat was used in the Bat a bing exercise. He was kind enough to have accepted my offer. I also asked Shak if he could shoot a video of me also. He did so with much gratitude from me. I was impressed with Shak's hitting ability. He had thrown the ball quite high in the air and yet he was able to hit the ball when it came to around about waist level for him. In this same session, I had met Andre, the friendly Romanian young lady. My Frisee that much solution , product and sport - It's all three of these things and more, sells itself. I have seen how onlookers become interested in FTM once they see it in action.

Muscular strength required for Bat a bing.

Image
In the top photo, you see me after I had just hit a baseball with my Cold Steel Brooklyn slammer bat, using my Bat a bing exercise. Bat a bing requires muscular strength in order to hit the ball properly. As you can see in the photo, I am quite muscular. Here is a link to the Bat a bing exercise I had done on July 7th 2023. https://www.instagram.com/p/CuZkz-ILaFk/ The photo above is a still frame from the Bat a bing hit I had done for my video as mentioned above. You can hear the whack of the ball too. My RI 22 athletic smart pills give me an extra edge for my Frisee that much practices.

Frisee that much disc throwing session with my new Stealth pro disc from Newitts.

Image
I bought a new disc a few days ago. It's the Stealth pro disc, 175 grams from the Newitts website. In the super quick video above, you see me catching and then throwing this disc. I like the disc. It flies well. The flight pattern is accurate too when you throw it properly.
