I have invented a new sport which combines disc throwing with skittles. I started out with the proposed name, disc skittles. Google gemini has kindly helped with the choice of name for this new sport : Aero skittles

Hand eye coordination exercise using an Ultrastar 145 gram disc against skittles

In this quick video you'll see me throwing my Discraft J star 145 gram disc at 6 plastic skittles placed onto a small computer table. This is a unique hand eye coordination exercise I have developed. It was quite hard to do as I was recording with my left hand and throwing the disc at the same time using my right hand. Anand: I am somewhat of a seeker. I have been interested in self-help and spirituality for several years. I did some ESP tests with Dr Edwin May phd in 02. I did very well in my first two tests with Dr May. I came in the top 3 out of 190 people in my first test. The success with the tests, along with my spiritual experiences, gave me the inspiration to develop a form of Remote Influencing.
