A Frisee that much disc throwing session and instruction

 

I had a Frisee that much disc throwing session with a couple of relatives yesterday. I provided my relatives with a bit of instruction on how to throw the discs properly. They had the basic skills already. However, with my instruction, their disc throwing abilities became better.

I am not too good at throw and catch. I have an eye condition which affects my catching ability. That's why I much prefer being able to throw the discs in a great manner. I also like to use batting in Frisee that much, Bat a bing is the name of the batting exercise in mention. Getting back to the throwing session, I missed one catch and I was hit in the head with a flying disc. Luckily I wasn't hurt badly.
